Soil Survey Graphics

More than 3,750 block diagrams (line drawings) from published soil surveys are available. Most of the diagrams relate soils to landscape positions. You may search for diagrams three ways: an interactive map, a comprehensive spreadsheet, or a brief spreadsheet. The interactive map shows the location of survey areas for which a diagram is available. The comprehensive spreadsheet is linked to the diagrams in PDF, TIF (image), and AI (Adobe Illustrator) formats. The brief spreadsheet is linked to the diagrams only in PDF format. Users can search the spreadsheets for specific key words, such as a series name or a county.
