Purpose. To provide information on the updated direct charge budget as of Pay Period 3.

Supervisors are to continue to monitor the use of program funds for themselves and their staff by using WebTCAS Employee Summary Reports to enable effective budgeting and utilization of time allocations. When using WebTCAS reports, it is necessary to also consider how leave (Annual, Administrative and Sick Leave) is distributed by looking at the attached Master Fund Allocation document. Due to our current budget limitations, there is no room for deviation. It is of utmost importance to stay within the allocations provided.
A few key points to remember:
Please DO NOT charge to GRP or HFRP funds. If you have remaining hours in Conservation Security Program (CSP), DO NOT charge to CSP (85T) until further notice. It is okay to charge hours to Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP08) (95T).
WHIP hours are reduced from last year. Please note the reductions in your individual budgets.
CRP hours have been distributed largely to Aroostook County staff. We will distribute more hours if we receive an additional allocation for the General Sign Up.
DO NOT charge directly to US-ECP. Use the program codes set up by Pauline for each individual ECP.
As allocations change, we may need to make adjustments to certain employee’s distribution of funds. We will keep you posted.
