Subject: EO - FY13 Civil Rights Semi-Annual Performance Report
Purpose. To announce the FY13 Civil Rights Semi-Annual Performance Reports.
Expiration Date. September 30, 2013
States are required to submit Civil Rights (CR) Semi-Annual Performance Reports. The first submission which was due on January 14, 2013 consisted of the following:
FY2013 Outreach Plan
Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Plan
Workforce Diversity snapshot
FY12 Program Participation Accomplishment Report
The attached EEO Plan includes items which ensure that we foster and maintain a work environment that provides equal opportunity for all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, political beliefs, and marital or familial status. Please take the time to read Juan’s policy statement within the document, which is directed to all employees. Also, review the action items, some of which are directed to supervisors in regards to taking required training.
Supervisors should consider reviewing this plan during a staff meeting in the near future. Please document such meeting in your Civil Rights Accomplishment log.
