Subject: PER – Employee Access to Electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF)

Action Due: March 14, 2011

Purpose. To announce employee access to the Electronic Personnel Folder (eOPF) and provide instructions to employees for viewing and registering.

Expiration Date. September 30, 2011

Human Resources will discontinue mailing the “Notification of Personnel Action – Standard Form (SF-50)” to all employees. Instead, employees will receive an e-mail message from Human Resources notifying them that a new SF-50 is posted to the eOPF website.

The following is a one-time registration process to access eOPF….afterwards, you will only need your eAuthentication to access eOPF.

Attached is an “Instructional Guide to Access Your eOPF Using eAuthentication One-Time Registration Process – Attachment A” document. Guidance was provided from a National Bulletin 360-9-45, dated June 25, 2009 at  In order to complete the process, please follow the instructions stated in the “Attachment A” document of this bulletin. The following data fields will be required in Step 7 of the instructional guide to complete this process:
