Subject: LTP – Steps for Contracting 2010 EQIP – Fish and Wildlife Habitat Plan (FWHP) – Conservation Activity Plan (CAP)

Purpose. To deliver a step-by-step outline for contracting 2011 EQIP – Fish and Wildlife Habitat Plan (FWHP) – Conservation Activity Plan (CAP).

Expiration Date. September 30, 2010

Funds are not presently available for FY2011, but we will be offering this CAP in FY2011. Applications for this CAP will not need to be screened or ranked prior to contracting. Once Protracts allows you to set applications to an Approved status, you may proceed directly to contracting.

Currently, we have a Technical Service Provider (TSP) in Maine for the FWHP - CAP and are offering it statewide.
