Subject: LTP – Steps for Contracting 2010 EQIP Agricultural Energy Management Plan (AgEMP)             Component 1 – Landscape Plan Development - Conservation Activity Plan (CAP)
 

Purpose. To deliver a step-by-step outline for contracting 2010 EQIP – AgEMP – Landscape Plan Development – CAP.

Expiration Date. September 30, 2010

Funds are available in the FY2010 EQIP Planning fund pool in Protracts. Applications for CAPs do not need to be screened or ranked prior to contracting. Once Protracts allows you to set applications to an Approved status, you may proceed directly to contracting.

A Technical Service Provider (TSP) has recently been certified to conduct the AgEMP – Component 1 – Landscape Plan Development (CAP).
