Below are examples of forestry-related conservation practices eligible for financial compensation through EQIP and WHIP.

Other conservation practices are also available to forest land and farm owners through both of these programs. The full list of eligible conservation practices and payment rates is on the application materials and documents page.

To be eligible for financial assistance, conservation practices need to be part of your forestry management plan.
