Conservation Connection e-blast...the latest news from NRCS Massachusetts and our partners
Every day is Earth Day at NRCS. To mark Earth Day 2011, a new feature has been launched on the national NRCS website. This Conservation Showcase is your portal to the stories of America's farmers and ranchers working together with NRCS and our partners to protect the nation's soil, water, animals, plants and air. From the New England coast to the Pacific coast, from Dixieland to the Heartland, from Alaska to American Samoa, conservation successes abound. We hope that through these stories, you'll understand how NRCS is helping people help the land every day.
A clickable map will take you to various states - including Massachusetts - to see how America's agricultural producers and NRCS improve our natural resources. Celebrate Earth Day today by taking a moment to visit the new Conservation Showcase.
