SUBJECT: ENG – National Engineering Handbook (NEH), Part 651, Agricultural Waste Management Field Handbook (AWMFH)

Purpose:  To reissue the Illinois NRCS approved list for waste storage handling structures.

Expiration Date:  Upon receipt.

Explanation of Changes: Supplement IL651.10-23(8) through IL651.10-23(9), issued with Notice 23 in July 2013, contained errors.

This notice redistributes the corrected Illinois supplement IL651.10-23(8) through IL651.10-23(9) dated August 2013.

The Illinois NRCS engineering website will be updated to include the revised supplement at http://www.nrcs.usda.gov/wps/portal/nrcs/main/il/technical/engineering/. This supplement will also be posted to the NRCS eDirectives website at http://directives.sc.egov.usda.gov/.

Filing Instructions. Holders of hard copy Agricultural Waste Management Field Handbook binders should:
1. Remove AWMFH supplement IL651.10-23(8) through IL651.10-23(9) dated July 2013.
2. Print the attached revised AWMFH supplement on green paper, and file in the AWMFH after page IL651.10-23(7).
