Only agricultural producers,
individuals or entities engaged in livestock or agricultural production, may

individual's or entity's participation; these include:

and political subdivisions thereof, are not eligible.
The applicant must be in
compliance with highly erodible land and wetland conservation provisions.
The individual or entity may
not be eligible due to the Adjusted Gross Income provisions.
An individual or entity may
not be eligible for reasons of payment limitations.
All individual producers,
entities, or other applications with multiple beneficiaries will provide tax
identification codes and social security numbers at the time of application
for purposes of monitoring payment limitations.
Entities which do not provide
the social security numbers of all members of the entity and embedded entities
are not eligible to participate.
In general, the term "eligible
land" means land on which agricultural commodities or livestock are produced.
Other land which the Secretary
determines poses a serious threat to soil, air, water, or related sources.
(Note: Eligible land will not be
eligible for financial assistance for irrigation practices if the land has not
been irrigated for 2 out of the last 5 years.)
