How to Schedule a LincPass Appointment

Any employees who have previously received messages to enroll or pick-up their LincPass card, update their credentials or need a Pin reset will need to use the appointment calendar via this website - to schedule an appointment.

Users Must Have an Account

  • To use the Scheduling system, individuals must have an account. 
  • Click on the link "Users Click Here to Register" at the top of the system home page to create a user account. 
  • Users who have forgotten their username or password must create a new account.

Accounts Expire after 90 Days

  • User names and passwords are only valid for 90 days after last use.
  • Individuals must create a new account if their old account has been inactive for more than 90 days.
  • When Registering for an account, state that you work for Department of Agriculture.
