Minority Landowner Magazine Farmer Outreach Workshops and 8th Anniversary Conference in SC

SC NRCS is proud to partner with Minority Landowner Magazine to conduct effective outreach to all of NRCS’ potential customers.

3 Outreach Workshops:

In 2014, NRCS will be working with the magazine’s editor/publisher, Victor Harris, to host workshops throughout the state which include one day of classroom presentations, followed by a day of conservation demonstrations in the field.

The workshops are not county exclusive, and landowners and farmers from anywhere around the state are encouraged to attend one of the workshops, which are free of charge. Pre-registration is required, so please contact the local District Conservationist, listed via email address above.

In addition, the 8th Anniversary Minority Landowner Magazine Conference will be hosted in Greenville, SC, February 27-March 1, 2014. “Family Farms Strengthen the Local Economy” is the theme.
