Wildlife School To Be Held In Alabama
Auburn, Ala, August 14, 2013
The Alabama Association of Conservation Districts’ Forestry and Wildlife Committee will host a Wildlife Management School, on August 22-23, 2013, at the Heritage United Methodist Church, 2911 Rucker Boulevard, Enterprise, Alabama.
The targeted audience includes landowners and land managers interested in improving wildlife habitat and population management. Topics include white-tailed deer management, feral hog control, timber management, where to obtain technical assistance, and much more.
Sponsors include the Alabama Soil and Water Conservation Committee; the Coffee and Walker Soil and Water Conservation Districts, USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service, Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, and the Longleaf Alliance.
