NRCS staff from national headquarters and California recently exhibited at the National Association of Conservation Districts' (NACD) 61st Annual Meeting in Los Angeles, California.  An estimated 5,000 attended the 61st Annual Meeting where State and NHQ staff answered questions about the new on-line energy estimator tools as well as distributing hundreds of informational posters and brochures.
