Secretary Sends RC&D Report to Congress

Secretary Johanns recently sent the Report to Congress on the Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) Program to Congress as required by the 2002 Farm Bill.  The report reflects the summary of the USDA program evaluation and recommendations by the Secretary for continuing the RC&D program.  The findings and recommendations also take into consideration the initial Program Assessment Rating Tool results and highlights the actions the agency is taking to improve program participation with Tribes as well as other operational concerns.
