NRCS Federal Engineer of the Year Winner

NRCS Oklahoma State Conservation Engineer Johnny J. Green was recently presented with the NRCS Federal Engineer of the Year award by NRCS Deputy Chief for Science and Technology, Larry Clark at the NSPE's 2004 Winter Meeting.

Green was also selected one of the Top 10 Federal Engineers of the Year by the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) as part of its 25th Annual Federal Engineer of the Year Award program.

The finalists were recognized recently during NSPE's 2004 Winter Meeting. The Professional Engineers in Government award program recognizes outstanding engineers employed in the federal government.

The NSPE is the national society of engineering professionals from all disciplines that promotes the ethical and competent practice of engineering, advocates licensure, and enhances the image and well-being of its members.
