I. Transfer Allowance & Service Agreement

Before any expenses for your transfer can be authorized, you must agree in writing to remain in the service of the Federal government for 12 consecutive months following the effective date of your transfer. A copy of the required agreement form is enclosed. Read the form carefully. Then sign, date, and return the form to the administrative office that sent it to you. Retain a copy of the form for your records.
