2009 NOPHNRCSE Annual Training Conference

The 2009 NOPHNRCSE Annual Training Conference will be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the week of August 3-6, 2009. Mark your calendars!

This year the states of Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland have joined to host our conference. This makes this conference extra special. The conference planning committee is working on a great training program and organizing three excellent conservation tours.

Check our website regularly for the latest information about training courses and registration. Also, be on the lookout for the Save the Date Card the conference planning committee will be sending your way soon.

Hotel Information

The conference will be held at the Radisson Plaza - Warwick Hotel in Center City Philadelphia, one block from the historic Rittenhouse Square, and a short mile from the Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell.

Shuttle Information - Airport to Center City (Hotel) Transportation

Lady Liberty Transportation Co. - Call (215) 724-8888 or call #27 from the free ground transportation counter telephone across from baggage area at the airport. Shuttle runs 5 am to 12 Midnight. One-way is $10.00 to Center City.

Parking discount: $25.00 per day at Penn Warwick Garage, connected to the Radisson Plaza-Warwick Hotel Philadelphia. The valet parking is $30.00.

The 2009 Training Conference includes three conservation tours, three National Employee Development Center (NEDC) courses and an Energy in Conservation course. Details on registration requirements, tours and course descriptions are included in the registration form. The deadline for early registration is July 6, 2009.
