2008 NOPHNRCSE Annual Training Conference

The 2008 NOPHNRCSE Annual Training Conference will be held in Madison, Wisconsin, the week of July 7-11, 2008. Mark your calendars! Follow these links to get hotel information, registration form, draft program and technical papers and posters.

Newsflash!

We are very thrilled to announce that as part of our training conference we will be offering two concurrent NEDC training courses: Economics of Conservation Planning and Managing for Excellence. The courses will be available in AgLearn sometime during the week of April 14, 2008. Remember to get your supervisor’s approval before enrolling. Similar to last year, NEDC training will be offered first to NOPHNCRSE members at the conference, and at a later date to be determined, it will be open to employees nationwide, so take advantage of this exclusive offer.

The registration fee for NEDC training is $300.00 per course, which includes all the conference meals and activities scheduled for the week, except the conservation tours. You will be able to participate during the opening ceremonies on Tuesday morning and go to your training class in the afternoon.

Please remember that you have to be attend the class during the following days and times to receive your NEDC certificate.

Monday, July 7, 1:00-5:00 pm
Tuesday, July 8, 1:00-5:00 pm
Wednesday, July 9, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Thursday, July 10, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

The conference will be held at the Madison Concourse Hotel in Downtown Madison, across the street from the state capitol. The toll free number is 1-800-356-8293. Identify yourself as part of the NOPHNRCSE group to guarantee the rate of $89.00 for single and $109.00 for double occupancy. The deadline to reserve your room has been extended to Friday, June 20, 2008. Call today!
