New Jersey Pine Barrens Field Day

Join USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Quail Forever, and New Jersey Audubon for an outreach event highlighting the Joint Chiefs Landscape Restoration Partnership (JCLRP) at Cavileer Farm in Egg Harbor City, NJ. The Joint Chiefs Landscape Restoration Partnership has been developed to address wildfire threats, water quality, forest health, and wildlife habitat in the New Jersey Pine Barrens. The event will include a field tour to highlight planned and active restoration projects, accompanied by discussions on forest conservation best management practices led by hosting organizations plus New Jersey Forest Fire Service and the Xerces Society. Light refreshments will be provided.
