Background
I have worked as an agronomist with SCS/NRCS since 1980 at the area, state
and NTC level, as an agronomist at the Information Technology Center, Fort
Collins, CO, and at the National Cartography and Geospatial Center in Fort
Worth, TX. I have expertise in nutrient management, erosion prediction and
control, residue management, pest management and animal waste management. I am
part of the National Employee Development Center instructor cadre for
conservation buffers training and nutrient management training. I manage the
process of reviewing, revising and updating National conservation practice
standards, and provide training to Center and State Office employees in how to
write and revise conservation practice standards.
