Experience

Fourteen years of experience providing direct technical assistance to field offices for the design and installation of erosion control and water conservation practices such as ponds, grade stabilization structures, irrigation systems (surface, sprinkler, & drip) and evaluations, irrigation pipelines, irrigation land leveling, livestock pipelines, terraces and grassed waterways.

Fourteen years of experience providing technical assistance to sponsors of project watersheds as a design engineer, planning engineer, and hydraulic engineer and providing consulting assistance to sponsors in reviewing development plans and providing recommendations to sponsors and developers.

Three years of experience providing leadership and coordination for developing A&E selection criteria, chairing evaluation boards, and negotiating cost rate proposals.

Licensed to practice engineering in the State of Texas.
