Employment Complaints Branch

The Employment Complaints Branch administers the Agency's equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaints program; tracks complaints processing and response time to complainants; ensures development of factual records sufficient to fairly adjudicate complaints; gives ongoing direction and oversight to ensure the fulfillment of negotiated settlement agreements; conducts interviews and fact-finding conferences to facilitate early EEO complaint resolution; and provides conciliation services to managers and employees regarding EEO issues.
